Anxiety disorder and bipolar?

I've heard that a person with Anxiety disorder also have bipolar disorder....What are the chances of that? papasays, I did NOT say I believed it is true! I merely asked if it CAN be true? By the way,I do have anxiety disorder and can tell you its NOT everywhere...not everyone gets it, and I am also bipolar,and I just heard some of what I asked,so I didn't think it hurt,but I guess I was wrong :( hmmm....saop why would you think i was bragging?Okay, I am asking how common is it to have two disorders?

cant stop worrying about my health and in General my life(depression and anxiety)and angry because i know how selfish im being! i want to stop feeling sorry for myself I know some people have it worse than I do. and i should just stop worrying about it however nothing i try works i just keep thinking about it and then end up getting more upset about everything and i really don't need to because its unnecessary really what do you guys do to help yourselves?

anxiety & panic attacks. Who can recommend recorded CDs/tapes or other user friendly therapy recordings?

My elderly mum's life is blighted by panic attacks and anxiety. Doctors don't seem to want to do much and visits to a private therapist is not an option. I think calming recordings might be worth a try. Any ideas?
