cant stop worrying about my health and in General my life(depression and anxiety)and angry because i know how selfish im being! i want to stop feeling sorry for myself I know some people have it worse than I do. and i should just stop worrying about it however nothing i try works i just keep thinking about it and then end up getting more upset about everything and i really don't need to because its unnecessary really what do you guys do to help yourselves?
